The following plots were originally prepared in Sigmaplot for Windows Ver. 2, copied to the Windows clipboard, pasted into Lotus Freelance as Windows MetaFiles (WMF), then exported as GIF files.


Alzheimer neurofibrilary tangles of paired helical filaments (PHF) negatively stained with 2% PTA at pH7. The PHF are ~15 nm across at their widest sections and have a pitch of ~150-160 nm . Prepared on a 10 nm thick carbon film at Dartmouth College, Dept. Biological Sciences, Hanover, NH by Prof George C. Ruben.
